Dr. Y. Vijayachandra Reddy is a distinguished interventional cardiologist with over 25 years of experience. He is a British Commonwealth Scholar in Interventional Cardiology from the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff, UK.

A pioneer in trans-radial interventions and complex high-risk procedures (CHIP), he specializes in left-main angioplasty, ostial, bifurcation, and chronic total occlusion PCI. His expertise also includes post-CABG interventions involving SVG and LIMA graft procedures.

Dr. Reddy is highly skilled in acute myocardial infarction interventions (primary angioplasty) and has achieved exceptional results in PCI for cardiogenic shock. His proficiency extends to coronary imaging (FFR, OCT, IVUS), implantable cardiac device therapies, and endovascular stent grafting for thoracic and abdominal aortic conditions (TEVAR, EVAR).

An expert live case operator, he has showcased his skills at major conferences such as NIC, Bifurcation Summit, TIC, and TANCSI. He is also involved in multicenter trials and registries like PRIME-CARE, WIN-OVER, and TREASURE.
